Phoenix Boulay (Forever Unlimited Healing Arts)
brings over 1300 hours of training and a wealth of life and work experience to the table. It is her passion to support clients as they gain greater understanding of the Mind-Body Connection and the impact activities of daily living have on our overall well-being.

She absolutely LOVES working one one one with people, helping to facilitate pain relief, deep relaxation and stress relief, by integrating traditional advanced Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Swedish techniques and modalities, as well as utilizing Aromatherapy and multidimensional energetic healing methods, which she incorporates into her sessions. Thus, many of her clients not only fall asleep during deep work, they prefer a longer 90-minute session for the transformative and deeply restorative experience it catalyzes.

Although her approach is technical and physical, it is also energetic and holistic. Her intention is to help clients make the Mind-Body-Spirit connection and live "forever unlimited".

Phoenix grew up in a beach town on the South Shore in Massachusetts, but moved to California after college. She was originally Certified in Massage Therapy in 1999 by Diamond Light School of Massage and Healing Arts in San Anselmo, CA. While there, she also became a Certified in Reiki II, Usui System Practitioner. Previously, she studied with Chris Beals of Pathways in Redwood City, CA, learning energy work and intentional healing, including a life-changing meditation retreat to the Big Isle Volcano + Puna district of Hawai'i.

After returning to Massachusetts, she attended Cortiva Institute Boston, completing an intensive program to receive a 900-hour Diploma in Advanced Muscular Therapy in 2009 (Ben Benjamin / MTI curriculum). She is a Professional Member of AMTA and also does contract massage work. In November 2019 Phoenix completed a 25-hour Certificate in Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (RYTT) for CEUs.
